Retrospective analysis of hinge technique for head trauma or stroke

The novel hinge technique for cerebral decompression in head trauma or stroke patients significantly reduced bone flap infections compared to conventional methods. This safe and effective technique offers a promising alternative for cranial vault reconstruction.
