Summary

Gulf War Illness (GWI) involves immune, endocrine, and neurological symptoms. This study found GWI patients exhibit increased neuroendocrine-immune signaling and inflammation, unlike chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME).
