This study found that a combination of L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, and pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (LMF-MC-PLP) effectively alleviates peripheral neuropathy symptoms in type 2 diabetes patients. While not improving nerve function tests, it significantly reduced symptom scores and improved quality of life.
