Is supervised exercise training safe in patients with anorexia nervosa? A meta-analysis.

Supervised exercise training in anorexia nervosa patients appears safe, improving cardiovascular fitness and reducing distorted feelings about exercise. However, effects on weight and body fat were inconsistent across studies.
