[The restoration of hepatic circulation and tissue oxygenation after major liver resections]

The efficacy of the combined use of the adenozyne receptors A2 type activator and ischemic prepare before the liver resections on the background of biliary chirrhosis was studied in vivo on rats. The ischemic prepare allowed the increase of the blood flow velocity and the general hepatic blood volume. The use of the adenozyne receptors A2 type activator showed the synergic effect. The use of CGS increased the ability of hepatocytes to catch oxygen, improves the velocity of the transmembrane transport and the intracellular exchange reactions.
