Stent-assisted coiling in ruptured wide-necked aneurysms: A single-center analysis

Stent-assisted coiling is a safe and effective treatment for ruptured wide-necked intracranial aneurysms presenting with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). This endovascular technique achieved high rates of angiographic cure with acceptable risks in patients maintained on antiplatelet therapy.
