Standard setting of script concordance tests using an adapted Nedelsky approach

A new criterion-referenced standard setting approach for script concordance tests (SCTs) using the adapted Nedelsky method is logically sound and simple. This method yields comparable failure rates to existing approaches for medical education assessments.
