Development, reliability, and validity of PRESTO: a new high-variability sentence recognition test

The Perceptually Robust English Sentence Test Open-set (PRESTO) shows excellent reliability for assessing speech perception. High-variability sentences in PRESTO reveal individual differences, performing differently than standard tests in noise.
