A randomized crossover study comparing the antiplatelet effect of plavix versus generic clopidogrel

Generic clopidogrel hydrochloride and branded Plavix show comparable antiplatelet effects. This study found no significant difference in adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet reactivity between the two formulations.
