Summary

Robotic surgery enables transanal rectal polyp resection with endorectal suturing, overcoming limitations of traditional laparoscopic and transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM) techniques. Further trials are needed to compare robotic surgery outcomes and costs against TEM.
