Background:

Computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems have been utilized for over a decade in fabricating various dental prostheses, including crown and bridge frameworks, inlays, onlays, and veneers.
The application of CAD/CAM technology for generating all-ceramic primary telescopic prostheses has been established in dental technology.
Advancements in dental software are continuously expanding the capabilities of digital workflows in prosthodontics.

Observation:

The latest InLab 4.0 software generation facilitates the design and milling of primary telescopic prostheses using CAD/CAM technology.
Computer-generated raw crowns produced via this method require minimal manual chairside adaptation.
Secondary crowns for these restorations are fabricated using electroforming techniques and subsequently bonded to the tertiary structure or framework.
