Summary

Mini-laparoscopic cholecystectomy (MLC) offers comparable postoperative pain and cosmetic satisfaction to conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). This safe and feasible gallbladder surgery technique shows no significant differences in recovery outcomes.
