Organized subdural hematoma with thick membrane in chronic subdural hematoma

Organized hematoma with thick membranes (OHTMF) is a cause of chronic subdural hematoma (CSH) recurrence. Radical treatment like craniotomy with membranectomy is recommended to prevent CSH reoccurrence.
