Background:

Monoedentulism, or the loss of a single tooth, presents unique challenges in dental implantology.
Restoring the aesthetic and functional aspects of the dentition requires careful surgical and prosthetic planning.

Observation:

This case report focuses on the surgical positioning of an upper jaw implant in zone 2.6.
A flapless, minimally invasive surgical approach was employed for implant placement.

Findings:

The flapless surgery successfully combined aesthetic outcomes with functional restoration.
Immediate provisional rehabilitation was achieved, enhancing patient comfort and reducing treatment duration.

Implications:

Minimally invasive, flapless implant surgery offers a viable option for managing monoedentulism.
A multidisciplinary approach integrating surgical, prosthetic, and gnathological principles is crucial for optimal treatment results.
