Background:

Odontomas are benign odontogenic tumors comprising enamel, dentin, cementum, and pulp.
Typically asymptomatic, they frequently cause disturbances in tooth eruption.

Observation:

A 26-year-old female presented with misaligned teeth and a missing lower left lateral incisor.
Radiographs revealed a mixed radiopaque lesion associated with an impacted lower left canine.

Findings:

An unusual cluster of eleven odontomas was identified in the lower jaw's left lateral incisor-canine region.
Histopathological examination confirmed the presence of a compound odontoma.

Implications:

This case highlights the potential for multiple odontomas to occur, impacting dental arch development.
Early detection through radiography is crucial for managing associated eruption disturbances and malocclusions.
