Pregnancy outcome after mechanical mitral valve replacement: a prospective study

Warfarin and Heparin regimens showed similar fetal outcomes for pregnant patients with mechanical heart valves. However, Warfarin demonstrated a safer maternal outcome compared to Heparin.
