Abstract:
Cytogenetic analysis was performed on a cell line, designated KS1, derived from a Krukenberg tumor. A modal chromosome number of 60-65 chromosomes was present, as were several clonal chromosome rearrangements involving, among others, chromosomes 2, 3, 6, 9, 11, 12, and 22. Ten to 30 double minutes were present in most cells.
