Abstract:
In an effort to assist teens to make healthier decisions and to support the Department of Education's health education program, the Departments of Health (DOH) and Education (DOE) have formed a partnership to design and implement a Peer Education Program (PEP). The initial funding for the program was provided through that partnership and the AIDS Omnibus bill.
