Moderate exercise training induced muscle adaptations in rat Tibialis Anterior (TA) and Soleus (SOL) muscles. Exercise increased muscle regulatory factors, leading to hypertrophy in SOL and hyperplasia in TA, with muscle-specific metabolic and oxidative stress responses.
