A case of amblyopia with contralateral optic nerve hypoplasia

Summary
This study reports a rare case of unilateral optic nerve hypoplasia (ONH) in the right eye of a young boy, co-occurring with amblyopia in his left eye. This unique presentation challenges typical associations between these visual conditions.
