"GIOSAT": a tool to assess CanMEDS competencies during simulated crises

The Generic Integrated Objective Structured Assessment Tool (GIOSAT) demonstrates substantial inter-rater reliability for assessing medical expert competencies in anesthesia crisis simulations. Construct validity was supported, but not for intrinsic CanMEDS competencies.
