Switching from natalizumab to fingolimod: an observational study

Switching natalizumab (an MS therapy) to fingolimod for JC virus-positive patients risks disease reactivation. Fingolimod did not prevent relapses or MRI activity, indicating a need for better alternative treatments post-natalizumab discontinuation.
