EMPACT syndrome associated with phenobarbital

This study reports two cases of a rare skin reaction, Erythema Multiforme associated with Phenytoin and Cranial radiation therapy (EMPACT) syndrome, occurring with phenobarbital and cranial radiation. This highlights a potential drug-induced hypersensitivity reaction beyond phenytoin.
