Abstract:
Clinical and therapeutic aspects of glomus tumour of the fingers have been considered by analyzing the records of 15 patients with glomus tumours. The tumour was found in the pulp in 5 patients and in the subungual region in 10. The diagnosis may be difficult to make and patients are often believed to be malingering. Complete surgical excision under magnification is curative.
