Summary

- Serum samples from 14 JDM patients were analyzed for a panel of autoantibodies including ANA, anti-dsDNA, anti-histones, anti-Sm, anti-RNP, anti-SSA/SSB, anti-PM-1, anti-Jo-1, anti-mitochondrial, anti-smooth muscle, anti-gastric parietal cells, anti-cardiolipin (ACA), and rheumatoid factor.
- ANA detection was performed using both rat liver and HEp-2 cell substrates.
- Clinical data, including the presence of vascular complications, were correlated with autoantibody findings.
