Background:
Call Centers are workplaces in which there are a lot of occupational health hazards.
Methods:
The aim of the study was to investigate Call Center operators' health status, using: "Ambiente/Salute" questionnaire, VHI questionnaire, health surveillance data analysis.
Results:
"Negative" Microclimate rating: 68%; "negative" noise rating: 51%. "Negative" eye symptoms rating: 30%; "negative" postural disorders rating: 21%. "Negative" VHI value (over the limit of 30): 6%.
Conclusions:
It's necessary to develop and validate an appropriate health surveillance protocol

Assessment of the Gastrointestinal System II: Health Perception Pattern
Health Perception Patterns
Health perception patterns offer valuable insights into a patient's lifestyle habits and how they may impact their GI health. These patterns include:
Documentation in Long-Term and Home Healthcare Setting
Long-Term Care Facilities
Assessment of apical radial pulse
The A-R pulse assessment involves simultaneous evaluation of the apical and radial pulses. When the apical and radial pulse rates vary, this assessment helps identify a pulse deficit.
Pre-Procedural Preparation
Assessing Body Temperature - Oral
Step 1:
Start by practicing proper hand hygiene to prevent the spread of microorganisms.
Step 2:
Take the thermometer out of the charging unit, switch it on, and wait for the ready sign.
Step 3:
Gently slide the probe cover until a click is heard. This simple action prevents cross-contamination and ensures the correct placement of the probe cover.
Step 4:
Instruct the patient to open their mouth and place...
