[The clinico-immunological characteristics of preasthma]

Patients with preasthma showed abnormal changes of the majority of indices of cellular, humoral immunity and phagocytic system. A direct correlational dependence has been established between the indices of functional activity of alveolar macrophages and monocytes of the peripheral blood against the background of an increased level of immune complexes. The revealed immune abnormalities correlated with the severity of clinical manifestations of preasthma.
