Summary

Deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) offers better anterior corneal optical quality after keratoconus (KC) treatment compared to penetrating keratoplasty (PK) and automated lamellar therapeutic keratoplasty (ALTK). This study evaluated higher order aberrations (HOAs) to compare these corneal transplant methods.
