Context:

Functional anejaculation (AE) presents a therapeutic challenge.
Existing treatments for AE have shown limited efficacy.

Purpose:

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yangjing Capsule combined with low-dose tadalafil for treating functional anejaculation.

Summary:

A randomized controlled trial involved 55 patients with functional AE.
The treatment group received Yangjing Capsule and low-dose tadalafil, while the control group received ephedrine.
The combination therapy resulted in a significantly higher effectiveness rate (83.34%) compared to the control (40.00%).

Impact:

Yangjing Capsule plus low-dose tadalafil offers a safe and effective treatment option for functional anejaculation.
This finding may improve reproductive health outcomes for men experiencing AE.
