[A study of carcinogenicity skin of extracts from different size particles in air]
1Institute of Environmental Health and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, Beijing.
Abstract:
The article presents the experimental results on mice skin Tumor-initiating test of extracts of air particles collected from Beijing, Taiyuan and Xuanwei. In this experiment, we use extracts as initiators. The results show that extracts from different size particles all have the positive carcinogenicity, however, there exists a close relationship between the size of particles and carcinogenicity, that is, the extract from the smaller size particles has stronger carcinogenicity.
