[Pseudoblock of the knee. Clinical arthroscopic analysis]

Abstract:
The clinical and arthroscopic analysis of 70 patients with knee blockade are presented. In 50 (71.5%) patients the blockade was mechanical caused by the meniscal lesion and free articular body. In the rest of 20 (28.5%) patients, knee blockade of various pathology was in question. The results obtained have shown that every fourth patient with knee blockade is not indicated for arthrotomy.
