Patient data from Philips IntelliVue monitors may appear on wrong XDS remote display

Under certain circumstances, when a Philips IntelliVue physiologic monitor is disconnected from an IntelliVue XDS remote display and reconnected to a different XDS remote display, monitored patient information will not be automatically transferred to the new display, but instead will reappear on the original display. As a result, the data on the original display may be associated with the wrong patient. This problem is limited to IntelliVue XDS software version H.00.xx or earlier. A software upgrade is available that permits automatic data transfer when a monitor is moved from one XDS remote display to another.
