Analyzed pre- and post-stimulator data over a 4.5-year period.

Main Results:

Significant improvements were observed in faecal incontinence and bowel-related quality of life.
Urinary symptoms, vaginal symptoms, and sexual dysfunction showed marked improvement.
Vaginal prolapse symptoms and overactive bladder symptoms significantly improved.
Global health, bowel evacuation, vaginal pain, and sexual health experienced notable enhancements.

Conclusions:

Sacral neuromodulation effectively improves global pelvic floor function in women with faecal incontinence.
The treatment positively impacts bowel, urinary, vaginal, and sexual dimensions.
A web-based questionnaire demonstrated comprehensive benefits beyond bowel symptom relief.
