MicroRNA-146a (miR-146a) suppresses papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) cell survival and growth by targeting Protein Kinase C epsilon (PKCε). This microRNA (miRNA) is upregulated in PTC and induces apoptosis, confirming its tumor-suppressing role.
