  • A cohort of 52 adult patients with phimosis underwent prepuce-sparing plasty and simple running suture.
  • Outcomes were evaluated using comparative photography, assessment of recurrence, scarring, and patient satisfaction via VAS.

  • 48 patients experienced no complications, including bleeding, infection, or pathological scarring.
