Blastococcus endophyticus sp. nov., an actinobacterium isolated from Camptotheca acuminata

A new endophytic actinobacterium, Blastococcus endophyticus sp. nov. YIM 68236(T), was discovered in Camptotheca acuminata leaves. This novel species is distinct from other Blastococcus species based on phenotypic and genetic analyses.
