Thyroid autoimmunity and Behçet's disease: is there a significant association?

Summary
This study found no significant association between Behcet's disease (BD) and autoimmune thyroid disease (ATD). Investigating thyroid autoimmunity in BD patients is not deemed significant based on these findings.

- No significant association was identified between Behcet's disease and autoimmune thyroid disease.
- Routine investigation of thyroid autoimmunity in patients with Behcet's disease is not recommended based on this study.
