13C-nmr assignments of camptothecine and 10-hydroxycamptothecine

The 13C-nmr spectra of camptothecine [1] and 10-hydroxycamptothecine [2] have been assigned unambiguously through the use of APT, CSCM 1D, and selective INEPT spectroscopy.
