Segmental odontomaxillary dysplasia (SOD) is a rare developmental anomaly affecting the maxilla. This case report details a unique presentation of SOD along the midline in a young adult, expanding clinical understanding of this condition.

Background:
- Segmental odontomaxillary dysplasia (SOD) is a rare developmental disorder of the maxilla.

- Typically diagnosed in early childhood, SOD involves unilateral alveolar process expansion, gingival enlargement, premolar absence, delayed eruption, and primary molar malformations.
