Thrombotic complications in patients with PMM2-CDG

Congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDG) can cause coagulation imbalances, increasing thrombosis risk. Monitoring anticoagulation factors and avoiding elective surgery in PMM2-CDG patients can prevent serious vascular events.
