Solitary conjunctival extramedullary plasmacytoma

Background:

• Extramedullary plasmacytomas are rare plasma cell tumors.

• Two patients presented with distinct adnexal masses.

• Immunohistochemical studies revealed no immunoglobulin secretion.
• Serum and urine electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis were normal.
• Diagnosis of solitary conjunctival extramedullary plasmacytoma was established for both cases.

• Emphasizes the importance of thorough local and systemic evaluation.
