Nursing administration is a social process. It fulfils its ultimate purpose of caring for people's health within an interpersonal climate, a complex network of communications of various forms and directions. And it is true that the interpersonal problems are the most serious inhibitors in effective nursing administration. To achieve excellence in any administrative post, the nurse must have a mature integral personality and highly developed communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
