Summary

Early surgical intervention in scrotal trauma cases, both blunt and penetrating, significantly improves outcomes. Most blunt scrotal trauma does not require surgery, but prompt exploration aids in saving the testicle.

    • Prompt surgical management can lead to the preservation of the testicle, either fully or partially.
