Summary

Strongyloidiasis, a parasitic infection, was found in 8.5% of individuals in Assam, India. This study highlights the need for increased awareness of Strongyloides stercoralis in the region, especially given co-infections with other intestinal parasites.

  • To determine the prevalence of Strongyloides stercoralis in a community in Assam, India.
