Dosimetric comparison between model 9011 and 6711 sources in prostate implants

Comparing iodine-125 ((125)I) sources for prostate implants, this study found significant dosimetric differences between the 6711 and 9011 models. Using 6711 data for 9011 implants leads to inaccurate dose calculations, highlighting the need for source-specific data.
