Nailfold capillaroscopy in systemic sclerosis: is there any difference between videocapillaroscopy and dermatoscopy?

Dermatoscopy and videocapillaroscopy (VCAP) both effectively identify nailfold capillary pattern (NCP) changes in systemic sclerosis (SSc). Dermatoscopy is a convenient alternative to VCAP for diagnosing SSc vasculopathy.
