Aromatically enhanced pear distillates from blanquilla and conference varieties using a packed column

This study compared pear distillates from Bartlett, Blanquilla, and Conference varieties using two distillation methods. Results show distillation technique can create similar aromatic profiles, even from less aromatic pear varieties.
