    Idiopathic arterial calcification (IAC) in children may be linked to calciphylaxis, a condition exacerbated by vitamin D and iron treatments. Early detection of iatrogenic factors is crucial for managing this multicausal disease.

    Background:

    • Idiopathic arterial calcification (IAC) is a rare condition affecting children.
