Low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy (LI-ESWT) offers a new approach to treating erectile dysfunction (ED) by promoting natural erections. This novel therapy stimulates neovascularization, showing significant improvements in erectile function and penile hemodynamics without adverse effects.
