Endotoxin infusion in rats decreased blood pressure and kidney function, indicated by reduced creatinine clearance. Increased urinary alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) suggest compromised renal function, potentially aiding early detection of endotoxemia.
